At Paint&Tail, we ensure your personalised pet portraits are created with love and attention to detail. Please review our production and shipping times to receive your cherished artwork promptly.
Production and Processing:
Each order is crafted from scratch to capture your pet's unique essence. Drawing times typically range from 2-3 working days, but during busy periods, they may extend to 3-5 working days, depending on complexity and order volume. We always send a preview via email and request your approval before printing. If a printed portrait is not approved within 3 working days, it will be printed and shipped.

Shipping and Transit Times:
We strive to deliver your artwork promptly. Estimated transit times for various regions are as follows:

Please note that these times are approximate, and occasional delays may occur due to varying conditions.
Flat Fee Shipping:
We offer free shipping for all items via RM48.
Christmas Delivery:
During the festive season, demand for our pet portraits surges. We kindly request you place your orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery. Review Royal Mail's cut-off dates as well. Each portrait is handcrafted with meticulous care, so we cannot expedite orders.
If placing orders during peak season, consider upgrading to first class or opting for our convenient e-gift cards. Rest assured we work diligently to dispatch all orders promptly to ensure you receive your portraits in time for Christmas.

IMPORTANT:
To prevent damage, orders of multiple items from different categories may arrive in separate packages. While shipped together, they could reach you at different times. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, we do not accept returns on personalised products unless they are damaged.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@paintandtail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any return questions at hello@paintandtail.com.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Cancellation Policy for Personalised Orders:
Customers have the right to cancel a personalised order within 24 hours of purchase, as our artists begin work as soon as possible. If canceled after 24 hours, the illustration fee will be deducted from the refund value.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some
time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@paintandtail.com.
